Infrastructure
Factory
Our factory has been constructed on 2000 square metre of land. For textile screen printing, we have a total space of 18000 square feet distributed in 2 halls of 9000 square feet each. Our printing capacity is 4000 square meters of fabric per day. No job is too big for us, we are here to complete your requirements and deliver the entire production on time!
Power Backup
A power cut can hinder work pace and cause delay in our deliverables. We never want to take chances with our work and have thus installed power backup system to support 24*7 power backup in our office and factory.
Steam Generation
We have installed automatic steam generators in our factory. The boilers hold water and boil it to generate steam that is used to print fabrics. We have ensured all safety measures and have trained our staff to use the boilers as advised only. We use environment friendly gas i.e. PNG as our fuel source. We discourage and prohibit the use of diesel or coal that are harmful for our nature.
Water Storage Before Treatment
We are concerned about our environment and are always conscious that are actions bring no harm to our surroundings and the environment. We store the used hard water before treating it. This water is then filtered and treated to ensure it is harmless to the nature before being disposed off! This is all a part of our social responsibility and we are surely doing our best!
Water Treatment Plants
Water that is used in our printing process becomes contaminated and polluted. It is not safe to dispose of the water without treatment. We have installed water treatment plants in our factory that turn the hard water into soft and also improve its pH levels. It is only after water process that we dispose off the water into the drainage system.
Security
We have a gated factory with a secutiry guard at the entrance. There are cctvs cameras installed at all corners of the factory for monitoring and regulation purposes. we also have a dedicated security team in our factory and office that works 24*7 to ensure a safe and secure working premises to our staff.
Screen Making by Pizzo Head CST Machine
For textile screen CST machine printing we need to prepare screens and expose designs in a dark room. We have CST machine facilities inhouse. There is a separate dedicated area for design development and exposing screens. Inhouse setup of exposing screen helps us offer quicker turnaround times for sampling and production..
Finishing and Packaging
We emphasis the need of quality and thus have a dedicated team that takes care of the finishing which includes cutting off additional threads, ironing the printed fabrics or stitched production. The team also checks the printed fabrics to ensure that the production is of high quality and as desired by the customer. Finished and quality checked products are then packed and made ready to dispatch.
